Learners gain an understanding of basic agricultural values and skills by comprehensive practical experience by considering agriculture as an applied science. The syllabus develops the ability of learners to apply a theoretical approach to the study of subjects such as husbandry of crops and livestock, farm structure and equipment, and agricultural economics. As a result, students have a positive outlook toward agriculture and rural development and understand the ways in which better agricultural methods can be used to mitigate famine and malnutrition problems.
